Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sbic Edu, we strive to deliver high-quality services. However, if you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once classes have started, cancellations may not be accepted.
Reserved Time
For placement in banking or finance, 1 month is reserved to arrange and prepare candidates for interviews.
Refund Policy
Offline physical class attendees: 100% refund provided only in case of non-placement. Attendance must be more than 85%.
Online class attendees and those who joined for Business Establishment in Banking & Financial Service Sector are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days.
In certain cases, a full or partial refund may be issued after internal verification.
Delay or Dissatisfaction
If delays occur due to our team, a partial or full refund may be offered in case of batch cancellation.
If you are dissatisfied with the knowledge distributed, contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
