Refund & Cancellation Policy

   At Sbic Edu, we strive to deliver high-quality services. However, if you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.

    • Once classes have started, cancellations may not be accepted.

  2. Reserved Time

    • For placement in banking or finance, 1 month is reserved to arrange and prepare candidates for interviews.

  3. Refund Policy

    • Offline physical class attendees: 100% refund provided only in case of non-placement. Attendance must be more than 85%.

    • Online class attendees and those who joined for Business Establishment in Banking & Financial Service Sector are not eligible for refunds.

    • Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days.

    • In certain cases, a full or partial refund may be issued after internal verification.

  4. Delay or Dissatisfaction

    • If delays occur due to our team, a partial or full refund may be offered in case of batch cancellation.

    • If you are dissatisfied with the knowledge distributed, contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
